Randy Ray is the award-winning entrepreneur and CEO of Jeunesse, the billion-dollar direct selling company he co-founded in 2009 with his wife, Wendy Lewis.
Having been born into poverty, Randy overcame great odds to become a successful entrepreneur and philanthropist, founding several businesses in the computer sciences and direct selling industries — three of which have appeared on the Inc. 500 list of Fastest Growing Private Companies in America (Jeunesse has appeared five times).
Under Randy’s leadership, Jeunesse was the youngest company in direct selling history to reach billion-dollar annual sales in 2015 and is currently ranked No. 13 on the Direct Selling News Global 100 ranking of industry companies by sales.
Randy has been recognized in several prestigious business awards programs with more than 20 awards, including: EY Entrepreneur of the Year, Executive of the Year (six-time recipient), Founding Team of the Year (three-time recipient), Management Team of the Year (six-time recipient) and Lifetime Achievement (two-time recipient).
With a heart for giving back, Randy and Wendy also founded Jeunesse Kids, a nonprofit foundation dedicated to empowering communities to give children a brighter future, supporting worthy causes helping kids in need on six continents.

Wendy Lewis graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in sociology and mathematics, and later earned a Master’s in Education, focused in educational psychology, statistics and measurement from Temple University.
In 1985, Wendy and her husband, Randy Ray formed Automated Medical Systems Consultants (AMSC). Wendy served as the President, as well as the Director of Customer Operations, and was responsible for all the training and support activities. AMSC was the No. 1 medical practice management supplier in both sales and service for eight consecutive years until the company was sold in 1994 for $5 million.
Wendy and Randy started their direct selling adventures 18 years ago as distributors and then owners of industry companies and support companies. Under their visionary leadership, these companies flourished and inspired them to co-found Jeunesse Global in 2009.
Over the years, Wendy and Randy have been active in philanthropy as well as hands-on volunteer work. They’ve launched a global ecological campaign to benefit several charitable organizations and founded a Jeunesse nonprofit charity, Jeunesse Kids, which is dedicated to reaching out to children in need, both internationally and domestically.
Wendy has won numerous leadership awards, including being a three-time honoree among Direct Selling News’ Most Influential Woman in Direct Selling. In 2019 alone, the Women World Awards recognized Wendy with Female Entrepreneur of the Year, Excellence in Industry Woman of the Year, Female Executive of the Year and Female Achievers Champion of the Year. She is also a two-time recipient of the Maverick of the Year award and six-time recipient of Lifetime Achievement awards, as well as one of just three female founders that have led two Inc. 500 companies within two decades.
Scott A. Lewis
Leading Jeunesse toward its destiny as a legacy company in direct sales.
Scott was exposed to network marketing at a young age, attending his first industry event at 10. He gained a great deal of experience working for a direct sales support service company owned by Randy and Wendy, which gave Scott the ability to recognize existing and emerging market trends as well as operational strengths and weaknesses in a variety of companies in the industry.
Before taking on his current role as Chief Visionary Officer and overseeing the strategic direction of the company, Scott worked as Vice President of Global Operations, implementing the global infrastructure for Jeunesse. He believes in maintaining a relationship-oriented foundation grounded in ethical principles. He is consistently setting new standards while maintaining compassionate and professional relations with all Distributors. Scott focuses on improving the efficiency of the international operations process and is an excellent facilitator in communications. He is confident that what sets Jeunesse apart as a company is a deep-rooted concern for the well-being of its distributors.
Scott and his wife Isabel travel extensively and work closely with Jeunesse leaders from around the world; both are extremely passionate about seeing Distributors thrive. Jeunesse is more than just business — it’s family. Scott’s vision is not only to maintain this standard, but to elevate it so that it permeates every facet of the Jeunesse identity and culture.
He was honored in 2017 as one of Direct Selling News’ “Forces Under 40 in Direct Selling.” In 2018, Scott received a Gold Stevie from the American Business Awards as Maverick of the Year in the Consumer Products category. He received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in human resources from Rollins College.

Ryan Ogden earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and master’s degree in accounting from Utah State University. After graduation, he served for several years with one of the Big Four international accounting firms and accepted a position in Japan as the Director of International Finance with a direct sales company. Later, he returned to the U.S. to continue working in the same industry.
Ryan brings a wealth of experience to Jeunesse and loves the personal touch that the network marketing environment offers. He and his wife Rochele enjoy raising their four sons together. When he finds the time, Ryan also enjoys participating in several sports, including basketball, tennis, and water skiing.

Classically trained in Brand Management through traditional schooling and hands-on experience, Mark’s expertise incorporates an extensive palette of all facets of marketing strategy and brand-building including: creative services, advertising, public relations, social media, search engine optimization, research, and new product development for global brands. His talents develop more than just the brand, they create and define company culture.
Mark’s progressive career track has been filled with many successful endeavors, such as the launch and repositioning of several new multi-million dollar products, photo shoots around the globe, international speaking engagements, and countless accolades. Possessing extensive experience leading and inspiring award-winning teams, Mark’s vision has led to a spectrum of more than 150 awards ranging from design to social media campaigns, new products, and communication programs. He has solved the challenge of creating a system that will accommodate individual brands while maintaining the integrity of a master brand.
Outside of Jeunesse, Mark is a dedicated father of three, music buff, foodie, and world traveler.

Bill is an entrepreneur who has been developing software since 1985. He has served as the CEO of a successful internet service and software development company in Orlando. He has developed many mobile applications and complicated, PCI-compliant software solutions for a wide range of industries, including large ministries, construction firms, health care, and the direct sales industry.
Bill began working for the Jeunesse Founders in 2006 and assembled the amazing team of technology professionals who keep Jeunesse at the forefront of technology with award-winning software, mobile applications and a global platform that is always online. Prior to settling in Orlando, Bill attended Campbell University and served 10 years as an officer in the U.S. Army. Bill has been married to his beautiful wife, Julie, for more than 40 years. They have two children and four grandchildren.

Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of South Florida. After becoming CFO of a well-known company, Kyle was introduced to direct selling and has been involved in the industry ever since.
Kyle has a history of working with some of the world’s most influential and lucrative direct sales companies. He helped several of these companies expand into various parts of the globe, facilitating the development of one company to more than 60 countries. Although Kyle enjoys the analytical aspect of his duties, he is passionate about interacting daily with leaders at Jeunesse and supporting their growth.

William Amzallag, M.D.

He served as General Manager of the Jeunesse European market, as well as a medical spokesman and now Director of Product Sciences on the Scientific Advisory Board. He has a vast scientific and business background in all areas of nutrition and skin care, including, but not limited to, research and development. He is also fluent in French, English, and Spanish.
Dr. Amzallag is driven by innovative concepts related to holistic and Western medicine, food supplements, weight management, and cosmetics. He has served as the Vice President and General Manager of Europe for several well-known network marketing companies.
Donna Antarr, M.D.
A graduate of UC San Diego’s School of Medicine, Dr. Antarr has extensive training in exercise science, psychiatry and the mind-body connection in health.
Dr. Antarr has always had a passionate interest in both science and helping people feel healthy and strong naturally. A graduate of the New York City High School of Performing Arts as a ballet major, she continued as a professional ballet dancer throughout college and medical school.
Dr. Antarr graduated from Hunter College in New York City summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in honors curriculum. She took all the required classes for the food science and registered dietitian program, but chose instead to apply to medical school. She turned down acceptance to Harvard and Johns Hopkins, the top two medical schools in the country, in favor of the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine (UCSD School of Medicine). UCSD School of Medicine is also one of the country’s top medical schools, and has the added benefits of a physically active culture and healthy, outdoor lifestyle.
After graduation, and postgraduate training she began practice in San Diego. Adopting a then-radical idea, she focused on a more preventative approach to health: preventative and rejuvenation medicine. This included educating her patients in proper diet, physical activity, and the correct use of nutritional supplements. While in practice, she completed a Master of Exercise Physiology degree, became a Certified Exercise Specialist from the American College of Sports Medicine, and was invited and joined the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. She later completed a three-year residency in psychiatry at UCSD, which added the mind-body connection to her practice.
Dr. Antarr has also served as the only female physician on the medical advisory board of a billion-dollar health and wellness company. Vincent C. Giampapa, M.D., F.A.C.S., is a Board Certified Plastic Reconstructive Surgeon as well as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
He is also the Director of the Plastic Surgery Center Internationalé and The Giampapa Institute for Anti-Aging Medical Therapy in Montclair, New Jersey. While he currently serves as a medical spokesman and adviser for Jeunesse, he has worked as a consultant for NASA in prior years.
Dr. Giampapa received his medical degree from Mt. Sinai Medical School in New York, New York. Additionally, he has completed medical training in plastic surgery and a year-long fellowship in microsurgery and hand surgery at New York University Medical Center. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a former research fellow for other prestigious institutions including Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City, New York.
Dr. Giampapa is a pioneer in his field. He is one of the first board certified anti-aging physicians in the world and internationally recognized as an innovator in new cosmetic and surgical techniques, and instrumentation. He is a founding member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and served as the first president of the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine.
